Process & Documents

Start with a free consultation in person or on a call. We assess your profile and goals, then recommend the most suitable pathway. Once you engage us, we move through assessment, application and result support with regular updates.

Requirements vary by country and visa type, but common documents include a valid passport, photographs, proof of funds, employment/business evidence, travel history and insurance. We give every client a clear, personalized checklist before you begin.

It depends on the destination and visa type. Schengen applications typically take about 15 working days, UK visit/student applications around 3 weeks, while PR programs like Canada Express Entry and Australia skilled migration can take several months. We give you a realistic timeline from day one.

We guide you on exactly which documents need translation or legalization, and coordinate certified translators where required so nothing holds up your application.
